He ist fast end merciless with demons and when he first saw Mikasa, he thought she would be the same. But it’s the first time that he is being challenged. Everything about her is different and it repulses him – or so he thinks.
She isn’t like other demons. First: She looks so very human – except of her demonic eyes – and not just like any human; she is beyond beautiful.
Second: Mikasa doesn’t have the usual sinister behavior like others. Of course she kills and devours humans to live but everytime Levi and her eyes meet, he can see something like mysery in them. She isn’t sassy or playful – actually, she is very quiet.
Third and last: She is incredibly strong and Levi hates to lose.

This page really broke my heart for Mikasa. Sure she acts like an annoying over-protective sister but Eren is all that’s left of her family! She already lost her family once—twice even because both her Mothers died. But she couldn’t afford to COMPLETELY lose it twice! Despite how strong she is on the outside, she can’t live without the only family member that’s left for her. Remember the time when she found out Eren died? She was READY TO DIE because she thinks that life has no reason to live anymore knowing that all of family left her in this cruel world. When she found out he is alive, she ran towards him and embraces him. Once she did, she broke down and released all of her feelings that she’d been keeping all this time. Also, the time where the Female Type Titan got him, she is just so frustrated. She wanted to protect Eren so badly that it ended up injuring Levi or even risking her own life. That’s how important Eren is to her, she is ready to die if he is to die. And she will risk her life just to protect the only family she has left in their world.
