Hello ! This is my contribution to the Mystic Messenger Community! This Fanfic only has 2 parts so enjoy !

Synopsis : You received a call from Jaehee to help her find Jumin who suddenly went missing.

“Defender of Justice 707 !” you called out as you ran towards 707 who was waiting for you outside your apartment.

“Ah ! There you are ~ Are you ready to go meow? “ he asked with a glint in his eyes and you giggled at his attempt to be a cat. You and Seven were planning to go to the annual cat convention in the country but then Jaehee called to tell you that Jumin didn’t pick up her call nor was he at the office where he would usually be in the morning. Jaehee said that she could head over to his house but she was actually too busy with all of the cat related projects Jumin proposed to go over so she decided that you should go on her behalf.

You and Seven decided to head over to Jumin’s place instead and Seven probably just wanted to see Elizabeth 3rd instead but as long as he comes along , everything should go well. After all, two heads are better than one. You hoped in this case.

The two of you finally reached the entrance of Jumin’s penthouse. You pressed the intercom but there was no response. You grew worried about Jumin’s safety and the fact that there were no bodyguards around made your stomach sink.

“In times like these, my hacking skills will be super handy! Don’t worry Jumin !! We’ll save you !” Seven dramatically shouted and took out his phone from his jacket and started hacking into Jumin’s home security system. 

After a few seconds, you heard a beeping sound which indicated that the door has been unlocked. 

“Nice going Hacker Seven !! Now let’s starting searching for clues that could lead to Jumin’s mysterious disappearance!” you said as you did a fist bump with Seven.

The two of you entered the penthouse and see that the place looked pretty normal and nothing was damaged. You and Seven exchanged looks and instantly you both knew what to do.

“I’ll look in the rooms ! How about you Agent 707?″ you said as you pretended to have a walkie talkie in your hands.

“Roger !! And I’ll look …. ELLY !!!” Seven squealed as he ran past you and tackled the white fluffy cat that came out of the room. 

You could practically hear Elizabeth 3rd screaming for help as Seven squished the poor cat in his arms. You face palmed yourself and let out a huge sigh. What were you even expecting when you knew how Seven was in love with Jumin’s adorable white cat Elizabeth 3rd. 

As you began to walk away from Seven’s reunion with Elizabeth 3rd , you noticed a suspicious looking bottle on the dining table. “That’s a strange looking drink … its purple ..” 

You scanned the bottle in your hands and tried to look for any notes, brand and ingredients but all it had was a sticker of a cat paw. You noticed how the bottle was half-filled which meant that Jumin might have drank the liquid from the bottle.

“Hey Seven! Look what I- he’s not listening ..” you sighed as you watch Seven gave his fullest attention to Elizabeth 3rd. 

You decided to investigate further. 

You walked to the entrance of the door to Jumin’s shoe cabinet to find all his shoes aligned neatly. None was missing. Which meant Jumin was still in the house.

The thought of you finding Jumin’s unconscious body sent chills to your spine and you prayed nothing bad happened to Jumin.

You walked into Jumin’s hallway to see that all the doors are closed except for one. With light footsteps , you peeked into the room to see the room was in a huge mess which was unlike of Jumin since he’s particular of everything being neat and arranged. 

Something definitely must have happened in there. 

Meanwhile , Elizabeth 3rd let out a low growl as she attempted to break free out of Seven’s strong grip and that was when Elizabeth let her paw scratched across Seven’s cheek which forced him to let her go. 

She immediately ran into the hallways and Seven quickly got up on his feet and chased after Elizabeth 3rd.

You then noticed Elizabeth 3rd coming up to you with her shiny blue orbs and meowed loudly at you as if she wants to tell you something.

“What~ Elly never talks to me like that !” Seven pouted with his hands folded in, acting as if he’s jealous.

“Now is not the time to be acting all jealous Seven! Your cheeks are bleeding and I think Elizabeth 3rd is trying to tell us something” you said as you see Elizabeth 3rd walked into the room and started to meow in front of the bed.

“Oh !I think theres something under the bed !” Seven exclaimed. 

You gulped and kneeled down beside Elizabeth 3rd. Grabbing hold of the bedsheets, you slowly lifted the covers and immediately, your eyes widened.

“GAHH ??! MY ELLY HAS A CAT LOVER !?!” Seven clutched his chest and dramatically fall onto the floor.

In front of you was a fluffy cat with a soft and neat coat of silky black fur and charming pair of silver eyes that seemed oddly familiar to you. 

The cat eventually met eyes with you and that was when you realised…

“No way … could this be Jumin ?!”
