The description for the petition literally stated “Mystic Messenger update the game and put a ban to anyone who abuse the game.” You abused the game and took advantage of them, and now you’re whining because you got justly punished for it? You took away their profit and stole from the wages of the Cheritz employees. You even know what you did was wrong. So please stop bothering them over something they did that is 100% in their right as a company whose customers cheated on them.

The fact that there are people even doing this makes me wanna face-palm real badly.

Like helllooooo, first and foremost, Cheritz is a COMPANY meaning earning money is their goal. They are not a charity for fuck sake. They will eventually need to recover the money that they invest in order to even make the god damn game to begin with. 

 If you had been a good player and not cheated, then you can be assured that won’t get banned. And even if you do get ban, as long you can prove you didn’t do the stuff that is classified as “game abuse”, you will get your account back.

 Haven’t you heard of this saying before? “Play with fire and you will get burned.” YOU choose to play with fire, no one forced you to do it. Now that you got burned, you are starting to whine? Ha. Ha. No sorry for you. 

 Not to mention, Cheritz actually has one of the best customer service crew for otoges. They will actually reply and whatnot, unlike some companies. For example, Voltage. With their standard copy-and-paste replies. Do I have to remind you that every time Cheritz has an update, we will get compensated with 10HG? For example, this recent update, we received 60HG. 60HG I repeat. Do you see other companies doing the same thing?

Hello, I need to talk to you about something important. 

It seems that, in the past few days, Cheritz has finally started banning those who were using cheats to take advantage of the game and get HG and chatrooms without paying Cheritz (which is called “stealing” by the way). Some of these people have started a petition with currently 600+ signatures to get Cheritz to unban them despite their actions to take profit from the company illegally and unfairly.

I and my network do not support this petition or these actions. 

I personally am disgusted at how people feel the right that they can ask a small game company in Korea, who have been nothing but generous with how much compensation and free routes they give us, to continue giving free passes to users who were taking advantage of them.

Cheritz is just a small company, working with a customer base of at least 1 million. They have been nothing but helpful and supportive, listening to people’s issues and having an amazing customer service and constantly giving out compensation for every update. They gave us 3 routes for free when other companies would have made people pay for all 5, not just Deep and after/secret ends. The HG costs, which people constantly complain about, is so little compared to the costs of mobile game companies such as Voltage or Solmare (Voltage doesn’t allow you to even read the routes for free, and Solmare’s free games, if you want to go faster, makes you pay $1.50 PER TICKET to play an episode, and an episode is even shorter than a chatroom). Cheritz doesn’t even run ads; they have no revenue besides HG costs. Which means that when people are using cheats to not buy HG and play the game for free, they are directly robbing the game makers of their wages to live/eat/pay their bills.

Again, we do not support the ones making this petition or  giving one star to Cheritz on the app reviews, because they are cheating to take advantage of and demanding that a small game company  make the game completely free, therefore they are not welcome in this fandom. 

Cheritz need to pay their employees to eat, live, pay their bills, and continue developing the game and more games in the future too.

Please support Cheritz and not the cheaters.
